To address the confronting socio-economic developmental problems Baidarie is by and large working to secure the basic human rights of every one but its special emphasis over the past 8 years of its life has been to empower women and communities through its work in the following sectors
1. Formation of women action groups and their capacity building
2. Political Education Program for women
3. Skill training for women
4. Computer Training facility for women
5. Socio-Economic Empowerment of stitcher women in Union Council Roras
6. Establishment of linkages between women groups and industry
7. Women Adult Literacy Program
8. Awareness rising on principles of hygiene, preventive and reproductive health
9. Provision of Curative health facilities to men, women & Children
10. Primary Education & Preventive Health Program in rural Sialkot
11. Universal Primary Education Program
12. Awareness rising against child labor in hazardous occupations
