Background/Problems of the project
This program provides participants, who need appreciation on foods, to think about the origin of food and the relationship between ecosystem and themselves. It hopes children to recover the ecological sensitivity and to realize the appreciation of foods through Sirutteok School.
Objectives/Significance of the project
*to keep Korean traditional food items from instant or fastfood from foreign countries
*to change eating habits for children's health
Description of the project
*includes activities to prepare participants' own food table with eco-friendly vegetables by themselves, to do roleplaying on environment and/or food items, and to experience natural dying with yellow soil etc.
