Result/Self evaluation (success or failure) including its reasons

The Agricultural project was impacted on the life of people :
First, the yield of products was batter as the new rice variety, vegetable. As the result they had enough food for eat.

Second, the project is also impacted on an ecology and biodiversity and improved the health environment (organic farm, and motivate them do not use the chemical), food security as well as the living condition. It is really self help projects that lead to get ownership and sustainability by the communities themselves. Now the project is getting more and popular and it is multiplied to neighbor families by own community.

Other learning from the project

*Some of people are despaired because of a very long war in which killed families members and destroyed infrastructures. So DWO staff have to motivate them before providing the train on agricultural techniques and other topics to develop the communities.

*Many farmers drank (wine) and smoked the cigarettes because they are stress and hopeless. So the WDO encourages and motivated (tell people the bad impact of wines and cigarettes) again and again to stop. As the result the people have changes.
