*Recommending action plans for sustainable development to the Taiwan's central and local governments.
*Developing the comprehensive plans of actions, raising public awareness of sustainable development issues
*Participating in opportunities for sustainable development, and further strategizing guidelines to recommend implementation plans Taiwan's government to apply on its own.
*Providing programs and activities based on principles of sustainable development, ecological wisdom, social justice, grassroots democracy, multi-cultural and nonviolent society, and living in harmony with the global communities.
