Objective:
Baidarie is a social developmental organization working in Sialkot. It operates its programs from village Roras in Tehsil Sialkot where it is seated. As an organization it symbolizes the awakening of the rural women and their empowerment for letting them realized as equal, responsible and respectable citizens in society. It was founded as a women group with a vision to To awaken consciousness of basic human rights in the under-privileged and unprivileged classes to empower them, especially the women, socially, economically and politically so that they may take organized participatory steps against oppression, injustice and coercion to ensure the existence of an equitable society.

Objective:
To increase social interaction among women and to raise their social awareness level regarding their rights and duties by employing all those methods using which these objectives may be achieved satisfactorily.
To form women action groups, to build the capacity of the newly emerging groups and provide them orientation on the modern & scientific methods of social development.
To increase opportunities of income generation for women.
To explore the talents in women and to provide them with training of various skills so that their social and economic development may be made possible.
To organize the communities in general and women in particular so that the process of participatory development may be advanced in the fields of Education, Health, Environmental conservation and Income generation.
To provide facilities of training on principles of Health & Hygiene and medical treatment for common people, women and children.
To take steps for motivating the people for observance of the principles of reproductive health.
To take measures against drug abuse
To arrange such activities for young generation as may help in polishing and promoting their talents in the most positive and constructive way.
To take steps for improving the level of Education for Children.
To conduct research and analysis on the problems confronted by the people of the area and document the objectives, methodology and findings to deduce workable
