Objective:: Vision:
To develop a model of the development ecotourism , conservation and environmental education area with the society base development

Mission:
* To help local society to strengthen the right of potential biodiversity resources management, based on local wisdom.
* To develop the potency of local society for ecotourism activities, environmental education and conservation, based on the ecosystem value.
* As a mediator for local government policies in biodiversity resources management issue, ecotourism, environmental education and conservation issue, based on local society.

Goals:
* Together with the local society do: ecotourism, environmental education and conservation activities.
* To develop the participation of stake holder actively in order to control and to manage the biodiversity resources
