Introduction of the Organization
Objective:

Objective:
Action for Research and Development (ARD) is a not-for-profit research and development non governmental organization specialized in the field of human resource development, ecological agriculture and rural development with natural resource and environment sustainable manner. ARD was established in late 2005 with a Vision stated that 'A Cambodian society with citizens of quality and capacity, mutual helping and living in dignity and pleasant environment' and through Mission 'Quality and Capacity of Young Graduates, NGO/Institution Staff, and Local People is built so that they can effectively contribute to sustainable development of Cambodia by working with and empowering poor farmers'. ARD has its own motto as Capacity, Quality, and Transparency which reflect to our determination and accountability in accomplishing our mission.

Self Evaluation

The evaluation will be done regularly by sending questionnaire to the beneficiaries (Trainees, Farmers, NGO Partners, etc.) to collect their opinion on our activity implementation. To interview and organize Group Discussion with different stakeholders including local authorities.
