About this site

This database has been developed as part of the Japan Environmental Education Forum's international projects. It is aimed towards assisting educators, associations, researchers, students, and others in understanding the diversity of organizations, activities, and perspectives in the area of Environmental Education (EE) and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) among the Asian countries. This will also help you to search for project partners and share experiences and views in EE& ESD all over Asia. As of April 2007, there are more than 250 entrees representing 15 different nations in Asia, such as Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Papua New Guiena, Pakistan, Singapore, and Taiwan.
