Plans for the next 5 years

To scale up the participation in all the three levels of EE by enhancing the quality of the programmes. It is targeted that by the next 5 years, Anala Outdoors should be able to cater to the EE requirement of at least 50% of the schools in Ahmedabad and 10% of the schools in Gujarat. This, of course requires a continuous effort to enhance human resource development, training and strategic planning. It is envisaged that Anala Outdoors would take leadership in training of Resource Persons, who would then train educators and teachers so as to take up EE as a major subject within and without school campuses.

Self Evaluation

It is learnt that the Organisation is in the right path, however it needs to have a clear vision and mission and also a progressive human resource policy. The potential of taking up the agenda of EE to a larger audience is very much realized but gearing up to take up the challenge is not yet considered seriously.
