- Informing local residents of the significance of environmental problems, and developing and suggesting applicable resolutions to them.
- Providing learning opportunities for developing a sense of community based on families and attachment to natural environment in the region.
- Conducting environmental survey and exploration programs to widen the organizationﾕs environmental specialty.

- Rehabilitation of firefly (螢) and its habitat
- Visitor center build with wood materials
- More than 20 bird species identified
Exploration Programs Wetlands, rivers,

 - Bird-watching, exploring fish living in freshwater and caves, and touring wetlands (more than 40 times)

 Jungang Park - Target group: Park visitors and students
- Time: Every Saturday 5-7 PM
- Sponsored by Dep. of Environment
- A new learning activity developed，tasted and introduced every month
- Operated in connection with recreation and play
- Teacher workshop and field training
